At CockpitVision, your satisfaction is our priority.

Returns

We accept returns within [X] days of receiving the product, provided that:

*   The product is unused
*   It is in its original packaging
*   It shows no damage caused by the customer

To initiate a return, please contact us in advance via email.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within an estimated [X-15] business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Eligible Items

Returns are not accepted for products damaged due to misuse, improper use, or normal wear and tear.

Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a defective product or one that differs from what you ordered, contact us immediately so we can provide a solution at no additional cost.
